We maintain an extensive warehouse with standard components. If required, we are happy to advise you and help you find the right spare parts.

Hydraulic fitting without a matching designation? We have a large stock available and will find the right fitting. If it is not in stock, we can procure it at short notice.

An old hydraulic component with an illegible designation or no available documentation? Our specialist staff will search for a suitable alternative for you.

Filter Systems and Off-line Filtration

Our filter systems extend the oil service life in your systems. This protects the environment and reduces your costs. System downtime and maintenance work are significantly reduced. Connection is made in the low-pressure range, ensuring no interference with your existing system.

Upon request, we enable continuous analysis of particle and water content, the oil aging condition of the medium, and the filter fill level.

Tube Processing – Bending, Installation, and Maintenance

Our service team bends hydraulic tubes directly on-site. Upon request, we weld your hydraulic lines and handle the cleaning and flushing of your hydraulic tubes and lines—also directly on-site.

Our service vehicles are mobile workshops equipped with cutting, peeling, bending, and tube processing machines. They carry all necessary tools and standard components to guarantee fast and efficient processing.

Hose Production / Hose Service

We manufacture hoses in large quantities. Measuring hoses on-site is also part of our service range. Our technicians can measure and produce hoses on-site. Optional features include burst, abrasion, heat, and hose protection, as well as pull-out protection.

All hoses are marked with unique computer-aided identification numbers.

For large-scale operations, we have a truck equipped with a hose press and a range of fittings. Every hose on a machine can be removed by us, remanufactured on our truck, and then reinstalled immediately. This makes your machine ready for use again within minutes.

For smaller tasks with our service vehicles, we also have manual presses available.
