As part of our in-house production of hydraulic hoses, we are also able, among other things, to offer hose management as a service:

Scope of hose management

Hose management includes measuring the hydraulic hose assemblies to be recorded as well as the required technical details. The hydraulic hoses are manufactured in accordance with DIN 20066, and compliance with the manufacturer specifications is always ensured using the available test equipment.

By marking the hoses using unique IT-supported identification numbers, they can be quickly assigned at any time and repaired or replaced as required. The documentation and data storage of each individual hose is an essential part of our hose management.

Advantages of our hose management

• Burst and abrasion protection made of abrasion-resistant and heat-resistant fiber braid prevents uncontrolled oil leakage
• Heat protection for high temperature exposure, we recommend appropriate heat protection
• Hose protection depending on the application, made of metal or plastic as abrasion protection for difficult installation situations, e.g., on excavator grapples or front loaders
• Pull-out restraint for high-pressure hoses; prevents the hose end from whipping uncontrollably in the surrounding area if it pulls out of the crimp fitting. This is achieved by connecting it to a wire rope that is attached to the machine’s fixed anchor point.

Our employees are qualified and trained in accordance with Section 2 (7) BetrSichV and BGR 237. In addition to hose production, piping up to a diameter of 42 mm can also be manufactured, welded, and installed.
