In the manufacture of hydraulic blocks, we offer you a combination of circuit diagram creation, design using 3D models, an experienced milling department, and complete supply of hydraulic valves and their alternatives.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we can act quickly from planning through to manufacturing. If a planned valve suddenly has a long lead time, we can easily modify and adapt the existing design.

From planning, quotation preparation and design through to manufacturing, you will have a single point of contact who oversees the entire process and provides practical support and advice in the event of complications to achieve the best possible result.

Hydraulic control blocks: one of our strengths is prototype manufacturing

We develop the solution together with you. If the installation space is too small for a standard solution, if certain performance limits must be met or achieved, or if you have an old valve for which there is no replacement available, you are in good hands with us.

If you are satisfied with the prototype result and would like to source it in series production, we have partners who manufacture to our specifications and enable a good price for our customers.

Applications for hydraulic control blocks

Applications for hydraulic control blocks can be found in stationary and mobile hydraulics. They are particularly suitable wherever compact, flexible and cost-effective solutions are required. This compact, robust design with minimal piping saves space and is also easy to install.

Materials are used for manufacturing the control blocks that are matched to factors such as pressure, fluid, operating conditions and environmental conditions.

Features of hydraulic control blocks:

Only high-quality materials made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium are used for the hydraulic control blocks. Valves have DIN or SAE cartridges, and Cetop directional control valves can be flange-mounted in various nominal sizes. Simple and complex control systems can be operated via hand lever.

Thanks to the high quality, operating pressures of over 350 bar and flow rates of up to 600 l/min and more can be achieved. You can choose between complex or modular hydraulic control blocks with NBR, Viton or Teflon seals. Media such as mineral oil, water-glycol, mixtures or biodegradable oils can be used.
