Apprentices
You will become familiar with the design, function and circuit symbols of the most important hydraulic components. In addition, you will learn to read simple circuit diagrams, set up simple hydraulic circuits on the practical training rig, and thereby deepen your theoretical knowledge.
The learning objectives of this training course for apprentices:
Learn the physical fundamentals of hydraulics
Pressure fluids, reservoirs, filters, hydraulic pumps: how the individual components interact
Hose assemblies: learning correct installation and identifying wear
Direct-acting pressure relief valves: possible installation and mode of operation
Directional control valves: identify combinations and mode of operation
Check and flow control valves: installation and application
Learn to read and understand circuit symbols
Learn the fundamentals of load-sensing hydraulics
Exercises in theory and practice
Prerequisites:
No special prerequisites required
Target group:
Apprentices training as agricultural and construction machinery mechanics and apprentices training as maintenance mechanics
Training duration: 2 days
Times: Day 1 09:00 – 17:00 / Day 2 08:00 – 16:00
