Hydraulic plugs

In depressurised systems, maintenance plugs allow the quick sealing of, among other things, hydraulic lines, hydraulic hoses, manifold blocks, or machine openings.

Use of hydraulic plugs

This protects work areas, e.g. during maintenance work, from leaking fluids such as oils and, to a limited extent, from chemicals, and also prevents the ingress of dirt and dust.

Hydraulic plugs help

Our hydraulic plugs provide effective protection against leaking media, e.g. on brake and fuel lines. They also serve as dust protection and as covers for openings during maintenance work on hydraulic systems. They can also be used in emergency situations to seal leaks quickly and safely.

Advantages of the hydraulic plugs

The hydraulic plugs are silicone-free and impress with their ease of handling. No tools are required for insertion, as a plug covers many sizes at once thanks to its cylindrical shape. The smallest hydraulic plug reliably seals diameters of 1–10 mm, the medium version 5–22 mm, and the largest hydraulic plug 13–42 mm.

The plugs can be used in a temperature range from –25°C to +90°C and are resistant to most oils and chemicals. In summary, our hydraulic plugs prevent the unintended leakage of liquids of all kinds.
