Hydraulic oil HLP 46
Hydra ZF 46 is a high-quality, zinc-free HLP-type hydraulic oil. It is produced from carefully selected, solvent-refined base oils with a natural viscosity index.
Effective additives in HLP 46 hydraulic oil
The effective additives ensure excellent protection against wear, rust and corrosion. HLP 46 hydraulic oil is characterized by high oxidation stability and good demulsibility. Excellent air release properties largely prevent foaming. HLP 46 hydraulic oil also exhibits neutral behavior toward seals made of plastics and has a low pour point.
Application of HLP 46 hydraulic oil
This hydraulic oil can be used in all hydraulic systems where HLP- or HL-type hydraulic oils are required, and also for lightly loaded gear transmissions and bearings. It is also suitable as a circulating oil for vacuum pumps and for general machine lubrication (note: not suitable for use as turbine oil!). This oil can also be used in systems with silver-plated spare parts.
