The hydraulic control block type CXDH 3 (3/8″) has a nominal flow rate of up to 40 L/min and represents our latest series.
The valve control blocks HPV41 (1/2″) and HPV 77 (3/4″) have nominal flow rates of up to 130 and 190 L/min respectively.
Advantages of Our Hydraulic Control Blocks:
The hydraulic control block from Beckmann-Fleige is characterized by its compact design and features a directly controlled spool. The cost-effective electrically proportional actuation and compatibility with manual lever operation, as well as flange-mountable blocking and shock valves, make the valve or control block a cost-effective alternative to the HPV 41 section (1/2″) for low flow rates. Small volume gradations are naturally also possible.
Function of a Hydraulic Control Block
The directional valve spools can be actuated mechanically, hydraulically, electrically (on/off), or proportionally. The sections can be equipped with pressure compensators, secondary valves, and make-up valves.
Corresponding joysticks and signal adaptations for PLC control are offered for actuation. The combination with fixed or variable displacement pumps is flexible. The maximum pressure is 350 bar.
Applications of Valve Control Blocks
The control blocks are used in stationary and mobile hydraulics. They are particularly suitable for agricultural machinery, forestry equipment, construction machinery, municipal equipment, etc.
