Hydraulic power units generally consist of a drive motor, a hydraulic pump, and a fluid reservoir. The drive motor operates the hydraulic pump via a shaft. The pump drives the medium (usually hydraulic oil) from the fluid reservoir into the hydraulic system and generates the hydraulic pressure within the system. A so-called volume flow is provided, which is used for the drive and control of machinery.
We design, assemble, repair, and maintain hydraulic power units, from small units to complex large-scale systems, including the entire control technology.
The hydraulic power units we produce are tailored to your needs and can be used in almost all hydraulic and lubricating oil systems.
Example of the technical specifications for a mobile power unit:
Tank volume: 160 liters pmax: 100 bar Qmax: 25 l/min Electric motor: 5.5 kW / 1,440 rpm Protection class: 400 V AC – 50 Hz Medium: HLP 46
