A small selection of larger reference projects
For the construction of concrete towers with a diameter of up to 50 m and a height of 30 m, we planned the hydraulic feed for the climbing formwork system. The particular challenge here was to set up a synchronization control system with up to 16 cylinders. Due to the extreme environmental conditions, the synchronization control was to be designed exclusively by hydraulic means. The cylinders have a very small installation dimension in relation to the stroke and must be designed as double-acting for controlled retraction. For these special requirements, we developed so-called telescopic cylinders with a synchronization function for both stages. The operator can manage the electro-hydraulic control system from any position on the construction site using a radio remote control.
For a refuse-derived fuel power plant that had significant problems with the walking floors used for the automated transport of bulk materials, we converted the hydraulic control of the walking floors to a load-independent parallel control and installed a damping element for each switchover. Since then, the system has been working reliably and without problems.
Particularly tight tolerances were required for the production of a rail straightening system for ICE tracks. Due to the space constraints, we planned the system so that the pressure cylinders, designed for pmax = 700 bar, were integrated into the device within a relatively small installation space. The travel speed can be adjusted so that straightening processes can be saved via the PLC control.
