Pressure accumulators fall under the Pressure Vessel Ordinance and must be regularly inspected for safety in accordance with Section 14(2) / Section 15(2) of the Industrial Safety Ordinance.
With the entry into force of the new Pressure Equipment Directive and the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), you, as the operator, are responsible for the periodic inspection of the pressure accumulators.
In cooperation with the Technical Inspection Association (TÜV), we carry out pressure accumulator inspections. If desired, we can also take care of the risk assessment, classification, inspection and documentation for you.
Key areas of pressure accumulator inspection
Planning and design of pressure accumulator systems
Installation plans for pressure accumulators
Classification of pressure accumulators according to hazard potential
Monitoring the pre-charge pressure / setting the pre-charge pressure with nitrogen
Preparation of individual plans for the periodic inspection of pressure accumulators
Preparation and execution of periodic inspections by appropriately “qualified persons” in the dedicated test room available for these purposes, with pressure generator and electronic pressure recording
At the customer’s request, our service also includes the rapid rectification of identified defects and the procurement of spare parts.
