• Design and function of key hydraulic components (pressure, flow and directional control valves)
• Functional design of pumps, motors and cylinders
• Applications of hydraulic fluids
• Knowledge of ISO symbols through to the ability to read simple circuit diagrams
• Practical exercises / exchange of experience
