DESCRIPTION:Hydraulic hose assemblies and hydraulic fluids – rules for safe use \nBenefits of the training: Compliance with legal requirements when handling hydraulic hose assemblies and hydraulic fluids. Familiarity with the most important standards\, guidelines and requirements of the employers’ liability insurance associations. Early detection of faults\, prevention of consequential damage and avoidance of machine downtime. Possibility of being appointed as a competent person by the employer.    \nPotential participants: Persons who\, within the meaning of the German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and DGUV Rule 113-020\, are to act as a competent person for the inspection of hydraulic hose assemblies. \nObjectives include preventive maintenance\, regular inspections\, accident prevention during inspections\, and the qualification to identify and remedy faults. \nContents of the hydraulic training “Competent person in accordance with BetrSichV and DGUV Rule 113-020”: \n\n\nBasic knowledge and the significance of the relevant regulations: BetrSichV\, DIN EN ISO 4413\, DIN 20066\, DGUV Rule 113-020\nHose selection\, storage and service life\, ideal storage conditions\nSelection criteria for fittings\, assembly of a hose assembly\nLabelling requirement\, labelling of hoses and hose assemblies\nAssembly methods\nSystem contamination\, possible causes and effects\nCorrect routing of a hose assembly\nPreparation of inspection documentation in accordance with BetrSichV\, TRBS and DGUV Rule 113-020\n\n\nSeminar completion:\n“Competent person in accordance with BetrSichV and DGUV Rule 113-020”.\nAfter successfully passing the test\, the participant may be appointed by their employer as a competent person in accordance with DGUV Rule 113-020. \nThe additional practical day is intended to deepen the knowledge acquired and implement it directly in practical exercises. \nTarget group:\nMaintenance personnel\, occupational safety specialists\, safety engineers\, fitters\, hydraulic service providers and planners\, as well as internal and field service staff with direct relevance to the topic. \nTraining duration: 2 days\nTimes: Day 1 09:00–17:00 / Day 2 08:00–16:00  \nFee per participant:\n€980.00 plus VAT\nIncluding materials and catering  \nYou can register for the training here:
